Shipping and Return Policy

Within U.S./Canada/Mexico
Shipping cost is US$4.99 for the first set and US$2 more for subsequent sets on the same order. We use United States Postal Service-First Class or Priority Mail for all our shipping needs.

International Shipment (Outside North America)
Shipping cost is US$14.99 for the first set and US$2 more for subsequent sets. You may opt to ship DHL, FEDEX or UPS with additional costs depending on shipment destination. Please let us know via email at service@shntech.com. if you like to use these couriers as they have different costs to different countries.

Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, within 30 days of purchase and receipt of goods, you may return the product for a full refund (less shipping and handling) on any of our products. Simply email us before returning so that we can provide you with all details as well as RM (Return Merchandise) number, if applicable.
